During my stay, the front desk staff were incredibly rude to me and my family, which left us feeling unwelcome. It was disappointing to encounter unprofessional behavior at check-in, especially after a long journey.

Pool was freezing upon arrival for kids.

The comfy stay gave us the perfect base for visiting the St Joseph's Health Amphitheater and enjoying the local golf course. Check-in was smooth, and the cookies in the lobby were a nice treat!

However, it was a bit noisy with drilling on our floor as they changed locks, which interrupted our evening.

The hot tub was super clean, and the pool was a great spot to relax. I felt comfortable and at home here.

We had a great time during our two-night stay! The breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of choices, and I loved how spacious our King Room was. However, the room could use some updates as the décor felt a bit dated. I would definitely consider staying here again!

i had a great experience this time around. my previous stay in liverpool was decent, but this visit truly exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the breakfast options inspired me to start my day right.

We had such a lovely time staying at this hotel! The kids loved splashing around in the heated pool, and I enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi after a long day. The only downside was the room could use a little updating, but that didn’t stop us from making great memories! 😊

The local eats near Hampton Inn were a game changer! LongHorn Steakhouse grilled up some solid steaks, and Red Lobster's shrimp was simply unbeatable. Plus, the breakfast spread was refreshing and added spice to my mornings. Oh, and shoutout to the comfy digs – spacious rooms rocked my stay!

Had a bumpy ride with Rose at the front desk. her vibe was more iceberg than inviting. Also, the towels for the pool? Zero. A lil' tough when you just wanna dry off after some splashing!

I enjoyed a spacious queen room for two nights, complete with a microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast was delightful with a variety of options. Ian went above and beyond to share his personal antacids, showing exceptional customer care. Great location with nearby dining options!
